May I say how sorry I was to learn of your disappointment with your flight. Unfortunately, the layout and design of an aircraft is determined by the manufacturer and regrettably, the placement of T.V. screens, for example, rests with them and not the tour operator.

I am sorry that your holiday was not wholly enjoyed and I do hope Airtours will have the pleasure of arranging a further holiday for you sometime in the future.
