I refer to
your letter dated 4th March and our subsequent telephone
conversation.
Having discussed this matter further with our
Inflight Safety Department, we do feel we may have some difficulty in
accomodating you in one of our airline seats. However, we would like to invite
you along to our training centre at East Midlands, where we have mock-ups of
the aircraft. You would then be able to try the seats out for yourself, which
would give us all a better insight as to how we could help
you.
If you would like to take this opportunity please let
me know quite soon and I can then make the necessary
arrangements.
