Dear Lord Richard

I enclose a copy of a letter, which I sent to Virgin Atlantic on the 31st of March. On the 14th of April your Customer Relations Department acknowledged the letter and promised that the matter was receiving attention. All I can say is that it isn't receiving all that much attention, because it is now the 1st of May and the matter still hasn't been dealt with. In fact if you personally had received as much attention from prospective clients when you were trying to get Branson's Pickles up and running you would still be in the starting blocks. And I think it is safe to say that if you had failed with Branson's Pickles you would never have been able to launch Virgin Atlantic, and if you had never been able to launch Virgin Atlantic you most certainly would never have had the 'hands on' relationship that you seem to enjoy with the Princess of Wales.

What I am saying Lord Richard is that if people are not given a chance then they can never succeed, and your company is not giving the New Mills Players and me a chance. Great oaks from little acorns grow - but only if they're planted.

Yours faithfully

T Ravenscroft (Mr)
