Dear Ferrero
On the recommendation of a friend I recently purchased
a jar of your Nutella Hazlenut Chocolate Spread.
It was quite tasty, but despite going through it
with a fine toothcomb I could find no trace of any
hazelnuts whatsoever. Is it possible I got a faulty jar?
