BBC 1 10.00 a.m. Strictly Come Dancing 2010 Tess Daly and Bruce Forsyth present another chance to see last year's final. Featuring another display of formation vowel-flattening by Tess, while Brucie is tipped to dance away with the title of King of Smut. 12.00 noon. Strictly Come Dancing Tess Daly and the late Bruce Forsyth present another dance extravaganza. This week the last four couples in the competition try to impress Len Goodman and the rest of the judges with their interpretation of the quickstep and the foxtrot. As usual the late Bruce supports their case with the judges while Tess does the post dance interviews. 2.00 p.m. The News, including Strictly Come Dancing update. 2.01 p.m. Strictly Come Dancing Behind The Scenes Presented by Claudia Winkleman, today's programme shows how the late Bruce Forsyth, following his death in 2010, after also dying on the show for the previous six weeks, was embalmed and fitted with castors, thus enabling him, with the help of audio footage from previous shows, to carry on presenting your favourite show without anyone noticing the difference. 4.00 p.m. Strictly Come Ice Dancing Tess Daly and the late Bruce Forsyth present more thrills and hopefully a few spills as our ten celebrities team up with the likes of Jayne Torvill and Christopher Dean in a show that proves once more that the public will watch any old rope as long as there are celebrities in it, even if they'd never heard of half of them before. 6.00 p.m. Strictly Come Alpine Mountaineering Tess Daly and the late Bruce Forsyth present more thrills and most definitely a few spills. Week three into the series sees our celebrities, who include Graham Norton, Ben Elton and Jonathan Ross, on the north face of the Eiger. Which of them will be the first to fall off and break their neck? Will the judges and the public agree on the most satisfying death? 8.00 p.m. Strictly Come Coming Tess Daly and the late Bruce Forsyth present another show in which members of the public get to shag a celebrity. The celebrities include Kylie Minogue, Madonna and, if he hasn't already fallen off the Eiger, Graham Norton. Viewers vote for the most breathtaking ejaculation. 10.00 p.m. Strictly Come Dancing - The Results Tess Daly and the late Bruce Forsyth present the results of all tonight's Strictly Come shows . Includes preview of the launch next Saturday of Strictly Come Shallow Grave Spotting.
